• I am frightened that with the uncertainty, companies will do layoffs
• Not seeing an uptick in layoffs but
• Some companies say they’re state of affairs planning for potential layoffs if uncertainty lasts
• A decision of commerce frictions would relieve uncertainty, can be optimistic
