ECB's Escriva says no pre-established future path for rates of interest, “assembly to assembly”

Member of the European Central Financial institution Governing Council (the financial coverage setting board on the Financial institution) and Financial institution of Spain governor Jose Luis Escriva spoke in an interview revealed Sunday by Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia.
He urged warning on setting coverage, warning of present “extraordinary uncertainty”:
