ECB's Holzmann sees no cause to not minimize charges in December

Robert Holzmann, Governor of Austria’s central financial institution and a European Central Financial institution Governing Council member. He tends hawkish.

Holzmann spoke in an interview with the Kleine Zeitung newspaper.
